Terms of Use

Updated on 2 November 2026

1. Introduction

Welcome to ServisiJot (the "Platform"). These Terms of Use (the "Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "you") and [COMPANY NAME] ("we", the "Company"), which provides the Platform.

By using the Platform you accept these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Platform.

2. Who we are

The Platform is provided by [COMPANY NAME], NIPT [NIPT], registered at [ADDRESS], Albania. You can contact us at [CONTACT EMAIL].

3. Description of the service

ServisiJot has two parts:

  • The public garage map, where anyone, without an account, can find car repair garages in Albania and see each garage's page (services, opening hours, photos, contact details and location).
  • The garage management software, available only to registered garages: clients, vehicles, work orders, inventory, mechanics, suppliers, reminders and analytics.

We are not a party to any agreement between a garage and its customers. Prices, quality of work, warranties and payment for repairs are solely the garage's responsibility.

4. Registration and account

4.1 Registration request

A garage registers by filling in the registration form with the garage's name, city, phone number, email and a password of its own choosing. We review every request. The account is activated only once we accept the request; until then you cannot sign in. We may reject a request without giving a reason, in which case its data is deleted immediately.

An account can also be created by us, with your consent obtained directly, in which case the password is handed to you in person.

4.2 Age and authority

You must be at least 18 years old and entitled to represent the garage you register.

4.3 Accurate information

You undertake that the information you provide is accurate, complete and kept up to date.

4.4 Account security

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for every action taken from your account. Notify us immediately at [CONTACT EMAIL] of any unauthorised use. If you forget your password, contact us and we will reset it once we have verified your identity.

5. The garage's public page

5.1 What is published

A garage's public page and its card on the map show the information the garage enters in the public page editor: logo, name, descriptions, services, photos, opening hours, phone numbers and location. This information is visible to anyone on the internet and may be indexed by search engines.

5.2 Approval of changes

Every change to the public page is sent for approval and is published only once we accept it. We may reject a change or remove content that breaches these Terms, without prior notice.

5.3 Unacceptable content

You may not publish content that:

  • is false, misleading or inaccurate;
  • infringes copyright, trademarks or other third-party rights;
  • shows people who have not given their consent, or customers' licence plates and personal data;
  • is offensive, discriminatory or unlawful;
  • promotes unlawful activity.

5.4 Photos and uploaded content

By uploading a logo, photo or any other content, you represent and warrant that:

  • you own the content or hold all the rights and permissions needed to use and publish it;
  • you have the consent of every identifiable person who appears in it.

The content remains yours. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to store, copy, technically adapt (for example by resizing photos), display and distribute it on the Platform and in links shared from it, for as long as the content stays published. The licence ends when the content is removed or the account is deleted, except for copies third parties (such as search engines) have already stored.

You are responsible for any third-party claim relating to content you upload. If you believe any content infringes your rights, write to us at [CONTACT EMAIL] and we will review it without delay.

6. The data a garage keeps about its customers

The data a garage records in the software about its customers, vehicles, work orders, mechanics and suppliers belongs to the garage. For that data the garage is the controller and we are a processor that processes it only on the garage's instructions, under the Data Processing Agreement signed with each garage.

The garage is responsible for:

  • having a legal basis to record that data and having informed its customers;
  • obtaining its customers' consent before sending them WhatsApp reminders. The messages are sent by the garage itself, from its own device;
  • answering its customers' requests for access, correction or erasure. The software provides the tools for this: exporting a client's data, anonymising a client, and deleting.

7. Plans and payments

7.1 Trial and subscription

An accepted garage starts with a free trial period. To continue, the garage pays the subscription according to the plan and price published at the time of payment. Payment is made by bank transfer to the account we provide; the Platform does not collect card details.

7.2 When the subscription expires

  • From the day it expires, the garage no longer appears on the public map.
  • For 7 days after expiry the garage can keep using the software normally.
  • After that, the account becomes read-only: data can be viewed and downloaded but not changed.
  • If the subscription is not renewed, the account is deleted 7 days (trial plan) or 30 days (paid plan) after expiry, and is permanently deleted together with all its data and files 7 or 30 days later.

7.3 Refunds

Subscription periods already used are not refunded. If the Platform closes permanently or a paid service cannot be provided, we refund the unused part proportionally. Refund requests go to [CONTACT EMAIL] with proof of payment.

8. Acceptable use and no scraping

You may not:

  • collect data from the Platform automatically (scraping, crawling, harvesting) with robots, scripts or other tools without our written permission, except search engines that respect robots.txt;
  • systematically copy the Platform's content or build databases from it;
  • try to bypass security measures, access other accounts or upload malicious code;
  • use the Platform to send unsolicited messages.

Breaching these rules ends your access immediately and may lead to legal action.

9. Intellectual property

The Platform, its software, design, logos and the content we create belong to the Company or its licensors. Maps are provided by OpenStreetMap, © OpenStreetMap contributors.

10. Data protection

How we collect and use personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, and cookies in the Cookie Policy.

11. Liability

11.1 User responsibility

You are responsible for your activity on the Platform and for the content you publish.

11.2 Disclaimer of warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it secure and running, but we do not guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We do not guarantee the accuracy of the information garages publish about themselves.

11.3 Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damage, loss of profit or loss of data arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Platform. Our total liability towards a garage does not exceed the amount the garage paid for its subscription in the last 12 months. This limitation does not apply to damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence.

12. Termination

12.1 By you

You can close your account at any time by writing to us at [CONTACT EMAIL]. Before closing it you can download all your data from Settings.

12.2 By us

We may suspend or block your account, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, if the law requires it, or if your use puts the Platform or other users at risk.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may change these Terms. The date of the version in force is shown at the top of the page. When the Terms, the Privacy Policy or the Cookie Policy change, the garage must accept the new versions the next time it signs in, before it can continue using the software.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania. We will first try to settle any dispute amicably. If it is not settled within 30 days, it is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Tirana.

15. Miscellaneous

15.1 Entire agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy and the Data Processing Agreement, form the entire agreement between you and us on the use of the Platform.

15.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the other provisions remain in force.

15.3 No waiver

If we do not exercise a right under these Terms, this does not mean we waive it.

15.4 Language

These Terms are drafted in Albanian. The English version is provided for convenience; in case of any inconsistency the Albanian version prevails.

16. Contact us

For any question about these Terms write to us at [CONTACT EMAIL].
