1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device when you visit it. They are used to make the site work, for example to keep you signed in after you log in.

2. How ServisiJot uses them

ServisiJot (the "Platform") uses only strictly necessary cookies, without which the Platform cannot work or stay secure. We do not use analytics, personalisation, marketing or advertising cookies, and we do not let advertising networks or social networks set cookies on the Platform.

Under the law, strictly necessary cookies do not require your consent. That is why the Platform does not show a cookie consent banner.

3. The cookies we use

3.1 Our own cookies

servisijot-session	Keeps your session, e.g. after you sign in or while you fill in a form.	Expires after a period of inactivity
XSRF-TOKEN	Protects forms against forged submissions (CSRF).	Same as the session

Both are set for every visitor.

3.2 Third-party cookies

The Platform is protected by Cloudflare. When it needs to check that traffic is not automated, Cloudflare may set security cookies such as __cf_bm (30 minutes) or cf_clearance. They serve only security and are not used to track you. More: https://www.cloudflare.com/cookie-policy/

3.3 Similar technologies

• Browser local storage: on a phone, the map remembers whether you have opened the garage list once (mapSheetOpened), so it doesn't show the hint animation again. The value stays on your device and is not sent to us.
• Maps: map tiles are loaded from OpenStreetMap's servers, which receive your browser's IP address. OpenStreetMap does not set cookies through our maps. More: https://osmfoundation.org/wiki/Privacy_Policy

4. How to control and delete cookies

You can delete cookies, or set your browser to refuse them, in its settings (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, Opera). Without strictly necessary cookies you cannot sign in and some parts of the Platform will not work.

5. Changes to this Policy

If we ever start using cookies that are not strictly necessary, we will update this Policy and ask for your consent before setting them. The date of the version in force is shown at the top of the page.
